Welcome to our auction! We auction over 100 items each week ending Sunday at 3 PM. Rules are listed below.

1. Bidders must register before bidding.
2. We reserve the right to cancel the auction, even if there are bids, if we receive a higher offer and accept it. Feel free to make offers on items even prior to the end of the auction. You can also place a proxy bid to increase your bid on your behalf when someone else makes a higher bid than you.
3. Payment is due by 3 PM the day after auction ends (Monday) or it will go to the next highest bidder. Pay online, over the phone 530-917-1138, or in person. If you do not pay within this timeframe, you will not be able to bid in future auctions.
4. In addition to your winning bid, there is California sales tax (7.5%) and a standard buyer’s premium (12% if by credit card or 10% if by cash) that will be added to your final cost. 
5. Winners will be responsible for picking up their items within one week of the auction end and for any shipping costs, if applicable (out of town buyers).
6. This auction is intended primarily for local pickup; however, you can request a shipping quote.
7. Popcorn bidding is enabling: If someone places a bid within 60 minutes of auction end, the auction time is extended by 5 minutes.
8. In most cases, if no one places a bid, the auction will renew for the next week.
